What services are included in my accommodation package?

Your package includes the use of all the apartment, weekly cleaning of apartment, weekly cleaning of your bedroom with bed linen change & laundry, water & electricity consumption, internet and use of the washing machine.

What items are provided in the apartment?

All our apartments are equipped with toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, floor soap and disinfectant spray. Contact us on +356 99655755 should any of the above-mentioned supplies run out.

What to do if I break an Item in the flat?

When you break an item in your apartment, you have to report it via WhatsApp on +356 99655755. Repairs will be deducted from the deposit and are calculated as per the inventory list present in all our apartments.

How is the deposit refund calculated?

Upon check-in, a refundable damage deposit is collected. On the check-in and check-out days, we inspect the apartment together, taking note of any present damages. Upon checkout, any damaged / broken items are deducted from the deposit.

Can I have guests over?

Guests are strictly forbidden, guaranteeing a safe and sound environment for all our tenants.

How can I pay my monthly rent?

You can pay the rent either by cash or by bank transfer on the 1st day of every month, or as per agreed on your rental agreement. Payment receipts are provided to all our customers on a monthly basis.

Can I extend my rental contract?

Your contract may be extended for a maximum of six months on the same terms. Providing the space is not already reserved. Contact us on +356 99655755 as soon as possible to book you extension.

How does self-check-in work?

When you arrive in Malta, self-check-in enables you to access your accommodation at any time, day or night. We have a secure key box outside the premises where we store the keys for quick accessibility. The code to unlock the key Box will be provided to you a few days before your scheduled arrival.

How to use ACs?

All of our apartments are equipped with air conditioning, however it is not part included in our package. Please get in touch with us on +356 99655755 if you wish to utilise the AC so we can walk you through the setup. Please check that the AC switch is turned ON before turning on the AC.

How to turn on Hot Water?

You may turn on the water heater at any time, using the switch located directly next to the bathroom door. This switch is generally left on at all times, when there are tenants residing in the apartment.

What number to contact in case of an emergency?

You can contact us at any given time via WhatsApp on +356 99655755 in case of an emergency. Someone from the team will be with you that same day.

Can I have mail sent to the apartment?

For short-term leases, letter boxes are not provided. Please have mail forwarded to your language school if you want or need it delivered to you.
